This year again, this event dedicated to Japan attracted significant media attention and featured numerous booths showcasing not only Japanese culture, but also manga, anime, cosplay, e-sports, and video and board games, drawing 26,000 fans of Japanese culture in France.

During the opening ceremony, 50 guests, including the Mayor of Tours, Mr. Iman Manzari, and the Regional Councilor of Centre Val de Loire, Mr. Jean-Patrick Gille, enjoyed a banquet featuring Nagano soba and sake.

We welcomed visitors with traditional decorations featuring Mizuhiki from Iida and lacquerware from Nagiso. We also sold typical Nagano ingredients like soba, miso, and sake, and organized workshops related to traditional Japanese culture.
